National: Free shipping for orders over 100 € for peninsular and Balearic Islands in standard service to be delivered by UPS in 2-3 business days. There is the possibility of picking it up at a UPS office, if you wish.
International (European Union): Express delivery at home: between 4-7 business days. The cost for international shipments is 25€. For shipments of multiple items, the cost of transport will be calculated in proportion to the weight of the shipment.
Intercontinental: Canada, USA, Japan and South Corea. Approximate delivery time 6 days, cost for intercontinental shipments is 95 €. For shipments of multiple items, the cost of transport will be calculated in proportion to the weight of the shipment.
DOBLE D does not have offices in the United States and cannot collect or pay the consumption tax or the "Sale tax" on behalf of the customer. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an order tracking e-mail, with a tracking number and the link to the carrier's website. In case of absence, the carrier leaves a notification with indication of his next step by his address. The Customer can call to set a new delivery date. After three times, the package will be put on hold at the nearest UPS agency at the shipping address provided.
