Returns

The return period is 15 days from the date of purchase.

To make a return from your address, you can request it through the email address dobled@dobled.es. After verifying all the data, we will send a courier to pick up your package. To specify the pick up details, the transport company will contact you via mail, sms or mobile phone.

The steps to follow for the return are as shown below:

  • Request the return by sending an e-mail to dobled@dobled.es
  • Deliver the box closed to the courier at the address you have indicated. 
  • Receive in the coming days the amount of your return by the form of payment used in your purchase.    

The returns of the purchases made from Doble d! online must be made from the same platform. No returns will be made at the physical stores.

For National orders the cost of the return is € 10 that will be charged to the buyer.

International Orders the cost of the return is € 25 which will be paid by the buyer..

Intercontinental Orders (Canada, USA) The direct costs of return will be borne by the buyer. In the case of carrying customs, it will be the buyer who will assume the corresponding expense.

If for any reason the pick up is not of your convenience, contact the UPS transport company by calling 902 88 88 20.

We remind you that you can try the garments of your order but in case you want to return them they must be in perfect condition, not used, not washed, with their inner labels and without any arrangements, with their corresponding purchase ticket. Swimsuits cannot be returned or changed.

Once we have approved the return and your bank the process (the estimated time varies according to the bank), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that in no more than 14 calendar days from receipt of the product in our warehouses receiving in your account the amount corresponding.

Please note that Doble d! reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established period, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Changes

The term of change is 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

You can return your purchase at any of our physical stores. All you have to do is contact us on the phone 972 22 85 85 with a minimum of 24h in advance, indicating the return and in which store will occur.

For any change in the physical store it is essential to submit the purchase ticket.

For National orders the cost of the return is € 10 that will be borne by the consumer.

International Orders the cost of the return is € 25 which will be borne by the consumer.

Intercontinental Orders (Canada, USA) the direct costs of return will be borne by the consumer.

Defective products

If you have received, exceptionally, a defective article, please contact our Customer Service department at +34 972 22 85 85 or through the email address dobled@dobled.es, we will solve the problem soon as possible.
